Ring 1: Optimum Time
Horse/Rider combinations may ONLY participate in one ring per event, to insure the running of the event is as smooth as possible.
Leadline class will only run in the 40cm height and will also include riders that need assistance in the ring i.e. can have an adult telling them where to go.
Hi-Point:
If you are a member of an Adult Riders Club, please name the club on the waiver and you will be put on the ARCA hi-point leader board for the series. One hi-point rider per ring.
If you are competing on an off the track horse please indicate this on your waiver.
Both these categories go in the mix to earn hi-point rider & hi-point OTT. Your entry if you have an OTT must include their passport ID and must compete as that name in this series.

Riders may ride multiple horses. Each horse can enter a total of 2 rounds.
Each Horse/Rider combination can compete in 2 consecutive heights, no non-competitive rounds will be allowed. Therefore you can not nomination a horse for 2 rounds at the same height.

Non Murray Adult Rider Club Members must pay a $10 Day Membership Insurance Fee and sign/agree to the waiver.

Entries:
Pre-entries are compulsory. Entries close Wednesday 5th June unless filled prior.
Draw List:
The show jumping course will be open for riding between 9am and 2pm.
Draw will be sent out on Friday 7th June.
Riders MUST ride in draw order when final draw is published. If there are any enquires, an email to the event secretary is essential before entries close.
Helpers:
One helper per horse. First in first served basis. Please ensure you advise if you scratch to ensure we can fill positions. It is your responsibility to find a helper if you can not fulfil your duty. There is also a no-helper fee of $50 if you do not wish to supply one. Failure to fill your helper duty WILL result in further nominations being declined. Helper duties are first in first served via our online jobs request booking site.
House Keeping

Riders are allowed to ride in formal uniform as their club presents OR in neat riding attire.
All riders will be gear checked before being marshalled into the warm-up arena.
This event will be ruled in conjunction with those in the EA handbook/rulebook so please be aware of these rules.
Toilets/Parking:
Toilets and parking will be indicated on a map that will be sent with the draw. Please do not park in unauthorised areas.
Manure/Hay:
Please ensure manure and hay is taken with you or put into the compost areas. This will be indicated on a map that will be sent with the draw.
Rubbish:
Please ensure rubbish is put into the appropriate bins and NOT put into the compost areas.

Safety Regulations:
We follow the EA guidelines. It is the rider’s responsibility to wear the approved safety standard helmet.
Refunds:
Where a scratching is received before event entries close, the Treasurer may approve a refund of fees, less ground fee and ambulance levy.
For a refund to be approved, a request for refund must be received within 7 working days of the scratching.
Where a scratching is received after event entries close, the Treasurer and one other Executive Committee Members may authorise a refund, less ambulance levy and ground fee.
For a refund to be approved, the entrant must provide the Treasurer with the following evidence within 7 working days of the scratching:
(a) A medical certificate that the rider, an immediate dependent, or the adult supporter in the entry is unable to attend,
OR
(b) A veterinary certificate that the horse is not able to compete on the day.
Where a scratching is made on or after the event commences, no refund is available.
Ambulance and Vet:
There will not be a vet present on the day. Medic Aid will be attending this event. Due to this a $10 medic levy is added to this event.
